Watch the video below to familiarize yourself with the Proficiency-Based Progression methodology. When applied correctly, this approach to training has been shown to produce performances that are 40–60% superior to those achieved through traditional training methods.

This interactive e-learning module is part of a PBP curriculum and guides you through the required steps and performance criteria for the skill or procedure covered.

Completion of this module requires passing a mandatory PBP assessment by reaching the defined proficiency benchmark. The assessment must be repeated until the benchmark is achieved.
